Terms and Conditions:
Harvest House of Worship is serving the Johnston County and surrounded areas who are facing food deprivation. In order to help families and individuals in need, we have adopted the following policies and procedures.
1. Anyone living in the Johnston County or surrounding areas are able to receive assistance from the food pantry.
2. Assistance is offered on a weekly basis. We serve every TBA. Registration is required. At this time, we do not deliver. All individuals must come to the site to receive items. You can walk-in and be served if we have items available.
3. Registration is only good for the week you sign-up and during the hours allotted. We do not hold food boxes. If you missed the week you registered, you can sign-up for the following week.
4. Individuals are able to receive items once every week.
5. If any member of the congregation are receiving services, they must also complete the sign in sheet.
6. Personal information may be requested, such as address and telephone, or email. This allows us to make contact with you regarding other events and or any recall items.
7. Any phone calls made on Sunday morning may have a delay in response due to our church service hours at 10:00am. We try to respond to all email questions within 24 hours.
8. Please report to site for updates concerning any changes.
